When working with Jerrell Business Furniture, we take the intricacies of furniture off of the customers shoulders. We help determine the customer’s needs, set a plan of action, and educate the customer through every step of the process. We want to ensure that our customers are completely comfortable with every project. We make our customer’s ‘shine’.

OUR HISTORY

Jerrell Business Furniture is founded by Julie Jaynes-Jerrell, a designer, who has worked for area Baltimore/Washington furniture dealerships since 1989. Disgusted by the lack luster way customers are treated by other dealers, Julie started her own furniture dealership. When you work with Jerrell Business Furniture, you are working with a staff with an extensive knowledge of the furniture.

OUR EXPERIENCE
Each of our employees have at least a decade of employment in the furniture industry. We have brought together the best of sales, customer service, project management, and installation. We believe that cutting corners ultimately creates unhappy customers. An unhappy customer is unacceptable for Jerrell Business Furniture.
