Provided 400+ Kimball Cubicles, Private Offices,
and Conference Rooms. Required Coordination
with Data, Electrical, and Building General Contractor.
Required Phased Removal of 140 Existing Stations from
a Temporary Building with Reconfiguration and Rebuild
in Hangar Executive Suite to accommodate Customer’s
Employee Relocation Strategy.

TATRC
Bldg 1054 (Ft. Detrick, Frederick, Maryland)
POC: Nat Thomas 301-619-7046
Provided 20+ Kimball Cubicles, Private Offices,
and Conference Rooms. We Provided Data and Electrical installation.
Required Immediate Action after award of Competitive Bid. Award, Field Dimension Verification,
CAD Drawings, Floor Plan Programming and Client Revision, to Installation 8 Weeks.

Over the years we have developed an excellent interface with Public Works and Facilities Managers.

V22 - Collocation
Bldg 2272 (Patuxent River, Maryland)
POC: Donnie (Buddy) Hooper 301-481-0674
Reconfigured 150 Existing furniture workstations over several weekend phases and added new Private Office
furniture, Conference Rooms, and Floor-to-Ceiling Partition Walls.
Required Field Dimension of Facility, Verification of Existing Furniture for Maximum Reuse, CAD Drawings,
Floor Plan Programming to Coordinate the exact move of Workstations, Coordination of Building Construction,
and Minimum Disruption to the Customer.

Joint Strike Fighter
Bldgs 2133, 2780, and 2785 (Patuxent River, Maryland)
POC: Mike Merwin 301-342-6953
Provided 700+ Kimball Cubicles, Private Offices, Conference Rooms, and Teaming Areas.
Hangar 2133 Required Careful Site Verification of Existing Hangar building. Hangar had existing Electrical Boxes,
Cranes for moving Equipment, which required Careful and Exact vertical and horizontal dimensioning and Furniture
Planning to Maximize Workstation Space and Allow Access to the Equipment.
Buildings 2780 and 2785 were New Construction which required Coordination of Workforces with General Contractor,
Electrician, and Data.
